  • We offer 4-foot and 7-foot letters and numbers.

  • Yes! We have all letters and numbers (uppercase), as well as a heart, hashtag, exclamation point, question mark, and ampersand. Additionally, we have a floral wall that can be rented, as well as small metal “Marry Me” and “Mr. and Mrs.” signs.

  • Each of our letters are made by the hands of our talented husbands (we’re the supervisors!). Each unit is built with care in our workshop. We use café style outdoor light bulbs. Each letter has a power cord discretely hidden at the base, and we use our own extension cords to connect each letter together and to the power source at each venue/location.

  • The price is per letter and dependent on the size (see our pricing information for more details). Additionally, we have a delivery/service fee to help us cover labor and gas expenses. The delivery fee is dependent on the location of the event.

There is an additional fee for late pickup (after 11 PM)*

  • Rental periods are 6 hours from the start of your event for most events. We are happy to discuss extending your rental period and/or working with you to coordinate setup/pickup times. Additional fees may apply.

  • Our standard operating hours are between 7AM and 11 PM, however, we’re happy to discuss delivery/pickup outside of this window for an additional fee.

Additionally, we’d like to share that our delivery schedule on weekdays often works around our availability (we also have full-time regular jobs!), and our delivery schedule on weekends often depends on our other Love Light Letters jobs. That said, we are committed to working with you to find the delivery and pickup times that work best for you and with our schedule.

  • We serve all of San Diego County, as well as the areas around Temecula and Murrieta. If your event is outside of these areas but are interested in our services, please contact us!

  • Our calendar often fills up quickly several months in advance, so we encourage you to inquire about your dates as soon as possible!

  • Yes, we offer certain pick-up options for our 4-foot letters, with a refundable deposit required. Pickup locations are El Cajon and Fallbrook.

  • The client or event coordinator will tell us where they envision the letters being set up, and we will do everything we can to bring that vision to life! Safety is our priority, and we ensure that the desired setup location is suitable for our letters before we place them. If the letters are going to be lit, we will need access to a reliable power source. If electricity is not available, we do have a quiet generator that can be rented for an additional fee.

  • We provide the set up and pick up of letters/numbers, sand bags to secure the backs of the letters, and extension cords. If electricity is not available, we do have a quiet generator that can be rented for an additional fee.

  • We have provided service to many clients whose events are held in public spaces (beaches, parks, etc.). However, Love Light Letters has no part in scouting or securing the site or necessary permits. Please note that public spaces may require permits and many do not have adequate power sources that are available to the public. We ask that clients research the requirements of a location before booking with us.

  • We love helping clients propose to their loved ones! There is a lot that goes into making a proposal special, and our letters can help make your special moment exceptional. There is a lot to consider when setting up for a proposal. Here is what you should know:

    • The client is responsible for scouting and securing the site and any necessary permits (if in a public location). We can recommend proposal coordinators who can assist you with the details, but LLL does not coordinate the proposal.

    • We stay onsite for the length of the proposal, up to an hour after the proposal to allow for photos and family time.

    • While we do have rose petals we can bring, all other decoration is the responsibility of the client.

    • Our proposal inventory includes “Marry Me?” in three sizes: 18-inch (very affordable, battery operated, for self pick up only), 4-foot, and 7-foot.
